What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brand Ambassador position at Benjamin Draperies?
We are looking for an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to be the face of our company and promote our products and services. If you enjoy communicating with potential clients, we would like to meet you. To be a successful Brand Ambassador, you will need to attend in-person trade shows and events to showcase our company. Ultimately, you should be able to increase our company’s brand awareness and generate new sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Act as the “face of the brand” within a set territory, representing the brand and company in a positive and professional manner during set events.
- Positively represent the company by being knowledgeable and well versed with all our products.
- Participate in trade shows as a spokesperson for our company
- Network and build trusting relationships with potential customers
- Thoroughly understand our products and services to inform potential customers
- Use word-of-mouth marketing techniques, like referring our company to friends
- Create and deliver memorable experiences with potential clients.
- Track customers’ preferences and suggest advertising and positioning ideas
- Demonstrate a positive, professional and passionate demeanor.
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Brand Ambassador, Promoter or similar role
- Comfortable with public speaking and networking
- Available to work weekends
- Familiarity with scheduling tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional attitude
- An outgoing, friendly personality, and a desire to meet new people
- Experience in customer service is a plus
- Ability to stay on your feet throughout the workday.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
