Marketing Assistant - Part Time
Summary:
The Marketing Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting various marketing activities and ensuring the smooth functioning of marketing operations. This position requires a blend of organizational skills, creativity, and a keen understanding of marketing processes.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:
- Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate communication and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.

- Collaborate with team members in the creation of marketing content, including social media updates, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with the designer to ensure visual assets align with marketing objectives.
- Update and maintain content on various marketing channels.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Assist in gathering and analyzing data related to marketing performance.
- Generate reports on key marketing metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Market Research:
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
- Summarize findings to contribute to marketing strategy development.

- Work closely with the marketing team and internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications:

Education and/or Work Experience:
Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum Work Experience Required: 1 year experience in a marketing support role.

Work Environment:
This position requires the ability to work in a stationary position for several hours at a time and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally. Some filing is required. The work environment is an air-conditioned, smoke-free, office environment. This position routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets.
