The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment process while collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure we attract and hire individuals who align with our company culture and values. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, recommending candidates for positions across multiple departments.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication, an efficient interview process and timely interview feedback.
- Support all stages of the interview process with hiring managers as needed by coordinating pre-employment requirements, preparing offer letters, and completing the onboarding process for all new hires.
- Support employer branding initiatives such as promoting job opportunities and company culture via social medica and recruitment events.
- Proactively look for ways to improve the recruitment process by offering solutions to identify gaps and enhance the recruitment function.
- Review job description with hiring manager and/or Business Partner/Total Rewards Team to be sure it is properly classified and that it is up to date.
- Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics. In addition, track, analyze, and prepare hiring/turnover data as needed and make recommendations as appropriate.
- Other duties as assigned
- Experience in full life cycle recruitment; must have experience in managing multiple job requisitions across different business teams at once.
- Excellent sourcing skills, including experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote etc.)
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, preferably ADP Workforce Now.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills (written and verbal) with the ability to maintain a positive, professional demeanor and build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized and skilled in managing priorities with ability to pivot as needed. Demonstrate a commitment to efficient processes.
- Knowledge of employment law and regulations that impacts the Talent Acquisition function (Recruiting and Hiring).
- Minimum Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources and/or equivalent work experience of 7 years.
- Minimum Work Experience Required: 3 years of related work experience, preferably in the field of financial services.
