Position Summary :
This position will report directly to the Assistant Dean of Records and Research and Admissions in an
administrative assistant role supporting the work of the registrar's office and admission's office.
Requirements
Responsibilities :
- Process all Transcript Requests through the National Student Clearinghouse (2x per week)
- Process all Degree Verifications through the National Student Clearinghouse (2x per week)
- Assist in scanning documents with the Academic Electronic File
- Enter data, specifically the schedule and other criteria from the Registrar's module into the Student Information System
- Manage Enrollment Verification Letters and Forms, coordinating with the Financial Aid Office
- Assistance with entering transfer of credit into the Student Information System
- Assisting the Registrar in running Satisfactory Academic Progress and notifying students of their SAP status
- Answer basic questions regarding registration, immunization, veteran paperwork, and direct student paperwork to the proper area for help
- Process incoming and outgoing mail for the Registrar's office, including student diplomas
- Answer the phone when the registrar is unavailable due to meetings or time out of the office Qualifications :
