- Ensure compliance with industry codes and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Drive sales and profit growth for the branch through effective management and strategic planning.
- Oversee the training of new technicians.
- Manage scheduling and performance reviews, ensuring technicians are meeting or exceeding performance expectations.
- Maintain branch equipment and inventory in a well-organized manner.
- Monitor financial performance, ensuring cost control and operational efficiency.
- Conduct routine performance reviews and provide regular feedback to technicians to drive development.
- Actively manage and drive key performance indicators (KPIs), such as revenue, customer satisfaction, and technician productivity.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with upper management to ensure adherence to company-wide objectives and initiatives.
- Proven experience in the plumbing industry is essential;
- Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role, with a strong track record of team success and growth.
- Strong leadership abilities with an emphasis on emotional intelligence—ability to connect with and motivate team members.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to train and mentor team members effectively.
- High level of integrity and trustworthiness in all business dealings.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
- Proficient in using management software and tracking tools for KPIs, revenue, and performance metrics.
