**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales and customer service in the plumbing and or HVAC field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed.
- Knowledge of plumbing, hvac and construction in general is required.
