As a Project Coordinator, you will assist with planning, coordinating, and executing construction and property maintenance projects. This position involves managing customer service interactions, organizing projects systematically, and overseeing dispatching logistics. You will ensure seamless communication between project managers, contractors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules (from acceptance to completion) using Cloud-based CRM
• Keep comprehensive and detailed documentation of projects
• Provide clear and accurate updates on project progress, timelines, and changes to stakeholders
• Ensure client satisfaction by meeting or exceeding expectations with high-quality results
• Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly
• Perform other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications:
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and exceptional time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English- with active listening capabilities
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in computer programs, data entry, and a typing speed of 40 WPM
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Composed and calm, particularly in emergencies
• Knowledge of construction, HVAC, and/or property maintenance (preferred but not required)
• Experience with contractors, dispatching, or project management (preferred but not required)
Compensation:
• $20-25 per hour
• Medical and Dental insurance

• Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm or 12 pm-8 pm (with after-hours coverage as needed)
