DAY-TO-DAY
As you step into the role of a Plumbing and Sewer Advisor at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, your day revolves around diagnosing plumbing issues while engaging with homeowners about their concerns. With keen insight, you present tailored options that empower them to make informed decisions, outlining the job for the installation team with clarity and precision. Your passion for education shines through as you explain the problems and the innovative solutions at your disposal, transforming frustration into trust and making each interaction a partnership in maintaining their home.
YOUR SCHEDULE
You'll enjoy a rewarding 8 am to 5 pm schedule, Monday through Friday, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while helping customers resolve their plumbing issues with ease!
REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of the plumbing and sewer systems
- 3 years of experience in plumbing service and sales
Although not required, having experience in excavation and the ability to talk with customers about significant investments in their homes is preferred.
