JOB DUTIES
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing challenges with precision, expertise, and enthusiasm utilizing dynamic innovative tools to help with efficiency and sales.
- Educate and inspire customers on the benefits of plumbing upgrades and enhancements.
- Provide exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations and leaves a lasting impression.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, recommendations, and successful upsells to ensure top-quality service and follow-up.
- Utilize Straight Forward Pricing (including all company-approved forms) correctly on each call
- Wear floor savers while in the client’s home and maintain a neat work area while performing a repair or scheduled service
- Test each aspect of the job before leaving a home to make sure everything is working properly. Ensures the job was indeed completed correctly and eliminates unnecessary callbacks after the job is finished.
- Explains each service performed to the client each time a maintenance or repair is completed. Ensures clients are 100% satisfied with all work
- Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
- Maintains cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles at all times
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work evenings and weekends on call
- Valid Texas Plumbing License (Tradesman or Journeyman)
- At least 3 years of experience in plumbing services with a proven track record of excellence
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and safety regulations
- Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Experience with ServiceTitan software (preferred)
Salary : $32 - $42
