    • Responsibilities

  • Making Repairs : Diagnose and perform necessary repairs to plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment efficiently and effectively.
  • Presenting Multiple Options : Provide customers with clear and detailed explanations of repair or replacement options, helping them make informed decisions.
  • Completing Installations : Install new plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment according to industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
  • Test Work and Provide Quality Assurance : Thoroughly test all completed work to ensure functionality, safety, and compliance with quality standards, making necessary adjustments as required.
  • Providing Excellent Customer Service Skills : Interact with customers professionally, actively listening to their needs and concerns, and addressing them promptly and courteously.
  • Customer Relations : Build and maintain positive customer relationships by consistently delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.

    • Job requirements

  • A minimum of 1.5 years of hands-on experience as a service technician, specifically within the context of a residential service and replacement plumbing company
  • Proficient knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment, along with the ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of plumbing issues
  • Familiarity with local plumbing codes and regulations
  • Proficiency in using plumbing tools and equipment, as well as the ability to maintain and safely operate them.
  • Valid Driver's License and Insurable Driving Record
  • Our team will provide training to obtain licenses and certifications, opening up additional career opportunities for you!
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
