Responsibilities:
- Install plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and other equipment in residential settings.
- Perform equipment and parts upgrades as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and accurate installations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the installation process.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential plumbing installation.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
Salary:
During training, the pay rate is $20-25 per hour. After training, depending on experience, our average Plumbing Installer earns between $70,000 to $95,000 annually, with top performers averaging over $95,000 annually. There's limitless earning potential!
