Job Title : MARKETING INTERN
The Westlake Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our marketing team at our Maumelle location. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in growth marketing in a company with multiple divisions. The ideal candidate will be a current university student pursuing a degree in Marketing, or a related field, with strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
REQUIREMENTS
Be pursuing a business, marketing, or communications degreeExperience on social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)Have a 3.0 or higher GPABe a junior or senior in upper-division courseworkHave the ability to commute to Maumelle office locationHave a strong passion for learning and creating high-quality workAbility to manage 20 hours of work per weekBe committed to this role through the end of the semester in May.Key Responsibilities
Professional Content Creation (social media posts)Community engagement (responding to messages on social media Google Business profile monitoring)Trend research (stay up on trends to create engaging content)Assist in the creation of specific blog campaignsAssist with administrative tasksResearch competitors, target audiencesReport on project progress weekly with manager to keep task timeline on scheduleAt the end of the internship create a presentation on social media marketing improvements made from beginning to end of timeSkills
