Benefits :Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Redmond is looking for a Plumber Foreman to join our team. Journeyman License (PL02 or higher) is required. We are looking for someone with a passion for both technical work and leadership. An ideal candidate excels in plumbing, enjoys mentoring others, and educates customers about their plumbing systems.
COMPENSATION
- 110,000 - $150,000 a year bonus
- Performs Plumbing work himself or with other various team members as demand dictates
- Supports maintaining the Service Technicians daily schedules and dispatching the technicians to ensure that personnel are being scheduled properly by skill level, efficiency and training requirements
- Participates in the recruitment, interviews, hiring and training of new team members
- Directs and provides technical support for plumbers to meet all customers' expectations, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards.
- Occasionally reviews the work of plumbers, ensuring quality & safety standards are met and exceeded
- Is responsible for maintaining the company training program that ensures all team members are properly trained on safety procedures
- Responds to customer questions or concerns during active jobs to enhance satisfaction and address issues promptly
- When required ensures that all required parts are ordered so that jobs are started and completed on time
- Residential Plumbing Experience Required, Plumbing license required, PL01 or PL02
- Ability and willingness to work non-standard schedule : nights, weekends and holidays as / if required
- Emergency plumbing services
- Drain cleaning, maintenance, and repair
- Water heater installation, maintenance, and repair
- Leak detection
- Water and sewer line repair and replacement
- Piping and ripping
- Water treatment
- General plumbing fixture installation, maintenance, and repair
