What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Assistant Project Manager position at Benjamin Rose Build & Design?
Benjamin Rose Build & Design is looking for an employee to help service our projects & customers by throughout the construction process. Duties will include:
- Interfacing directly with clients to ensure satisfaction with their construction and architectural projects
- Keeping project documents organized and accessible.
- Working with Site Supervisor to track jobsite needs.
- Organizing job schedules to ensure that sub contractors arrive on jobs in a timely manner.
- Coordinating with Office Manager to help expedite permit applications.
- Procurement of construction materials for ongoing jobs.
- Create to-do list for employees to keep them on track and apprised of immediate project needs.
- Creating material takeoffs.
The ideal candidate will be:

We are looking for an immediate hire for this position. No construction experience required. CANDIDATE MUST BE EXTREMELY DETAIL ORIENTS AND A FAST LEARNER.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
