What you ll do:
Strategic Leadership & Vision: The Director of Product Management will drive product strategy and execution, leading cross-functional teams to deliver a best-in-class gaming offers platform. This includes defining the product vision, establishing roadmaps, and ensuring alignment with business objectives while managing both current operations and future development.
Platform Transformation: You will lead the end-to-end migration from our current Everflow platform to a custom-built solution. This encompasses strategic planning, technical requirement definition, and coordination with engineering teams to develop system architecture and data migration strategies. You'll establish clear success metrics and KPIs while ensuring business continuity throughout the transition.
Team & Stakeholder Management: You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders including engineering, customer service, fraud prevention, and design teams. This role requires building strong partnerships across the organization while managing relationships with external publishers and advertisers. You'll provide leadership in defining and optimizing workflows, developing documentation, and implementing training programs.
Analytics & Business Intelligence: You will oversee the development of comprehensive reporting frameworks, monitoring key performance metrics including conversion rates, user engagement, and revenue. This includes creating executive-level dashboards and delivering data-driven insights to guide strategic decision-making.
Contract-to-Hire Details
- This position begins as a 60-day contract with the intention to convert to a full-time role upon successful completion. The initial contract period will focus on establishing strategic direction, initiating critical platform migration activities, and demonstrating leadership capabilities in managing current operations.
- Our ideal candidate will bring both the strategic vision to guide our platform's transformation and the hands-on experience to ensure successful execution. If you are passionate about building innovative gaming platforms and have a proven track record of product leadership, we want to hear from you.
What we re looking for:
- 8 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale platform migrations or transformations
- Deep understanding of advertising technology, gaming industry, or marketplace platforms
- Strong technical background with experience in custom platform development
- Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional team leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; Master's preferred
You re a great fit if you have:
- Experience with fraud prevention and risk management in digital platforms
- Background in gaming or mobile advertising ecosystems
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms
- Experience managing distributed development teams
- Track record of scaling products to market leadership
Skills & Abilities:
- Player/Coach: Lead by example, effectively managing and executing tasks as needed.Be hands-on and willing to create JIRA tickets or retrieve data independently from internal sources when necessary.
- Data access: Possess strong skills in writing SQL queries or using tools like HEX to access and analyze data for strategic decision-making.
- Financial Acumen: Ability to own a P&L and understand complex financial implications and connectivity between a consumer application, publisher needs and advertising networks.
- Hustle mentality: Excel in a fast-moving, dynamic startup environment and adapt to the challenges and opportunities typical of a startup while driving toward significant growth and success.
