What you’ll do :
- Campaign Setup & Execution : Manage end-to-end campaign setup within Customer.io, translating briefs into structured workflows and automated sequences.
- Advanced Segmentation & Targeting : Utilize sophisticated segmentation and targeting strategies to deliver relevant, timely messages based on user data, behavioral triggers, and lifecycle stages.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner with internal teams (product, marketing, creative, data, etc.) to create personalized and data-backed content.
- Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting : Track campaign performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and troubleshoot issues to ensure streamlined execution.
- Best Practice Development : Establish best practices for efficient and effective use of Customer.io, including data integration and documentation to ensure consistent, scalable campaign operations.
- Continuous Improvement : Use insights and data to enhance campaign workflows, focusing on improving retention rates and increasing customer lifetime value.
