Benjamin’s Power Washing is a fast-growing company specializing in power washing, gutter cleaning, window washing, roof washing, and more. With a strong reputation for quality and professionalism, we’re seeking an organized and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable with technology, and enjoys working directly with customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Visits & Inspections:

• Use a company vehicle to visit job sites, meet with customers, and assess project needs.
• Take detailed photos and measurements of the job site for accurate estimates.

2. Estimate Preparation:

• Return to the office, download photos, and compile project details.
• Create and send detailed estimates to customers using provided software (e.g., Customer Factor or similar).

3. Customer Communication:

• Provide professional and friendly customer service during site visits and follow-up interactions.
• Answer basic questions about services, timelines, and pricing when on-site.

4. Collaboration & Reporting:

• Work closely with the office manager and owner to ensure accurate and timely estimates.
• Report job details and updates to the team as needed.

5. Administrative Tasks:

• Maintain organized records of all estimates and site visits.
• Use company tools (iPad and software) efficiently to ensure a smooth workflow.

Qualifications:

• Required:
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency with basic technology (iPad, email, and job-specific software).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to take clear, professional photos.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Preferred:
• Previous experience in a field-based or estimating role is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with home services or construction industries is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of power washing, gutter cleaning, or related services (training will be provided).

Schedule & Compensation:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays during peak seasons.
• Compensation: Hourly or salary (DOE) plus bonuses for meeting performance metrics (optional).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
