Benji Auto Sales is looking for highly motivated individuals that currently have experience performing duties as finance, BDC, and or Sales managers who also has a desire to improve and grow. In this role you will handle both selling and closing of a vehicle transaction. You will be responsible for handling the sale from start to finish, you'll be getting compensated highly. Your job will be to contact customers that are provided by Benji Auto Sales at a high volume pace, you are to build a report with customers, provide information and details regarding the vehicles inquired on, closing the deal including the financing, also ensure vehicles are closed and delivered.
Receive over 450 leads a month and be able to maximize on each opportunity. Current DMS and CRM provider are "CDK & ELEADS." Menu provider is Darwin.
Benji Auto Sales has been in business for over 40 years, we sell all makes and models. Our vehicles are clean reconditioned vehicles that are above industry average at wholesale prices. We truly beet the competition when it comes to pricing and inventory sourcing.
We believe the perfect candidate for our opening is a previous BDC Manager, Sales Manager, Finance Manager, or Sales professional with a extensive background in high volume sales. Our staff that has exceeded expectation are those who are hungry and willing to work.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customers with A Customer service skills and follow up with significant lead volumes of over 450 leads monthly. You are to call, text, and email these customers in addition to also attending customers that are brought into the store.
- Demonstrate vehicles to customers in person or over the phone.
- Close deals and overcome any objections customers may give
- Work with Sales & Finance directors in the store to make sure all documents needed are collected for the sale to be completed.
Qualifications:
- Highly trained sales professional.
- Auto Industry with experience in closing deals and finance.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with the customers that are provided.
- Professional and well maintained personal appearance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
