• Team Leadership: Oversee a team of 3–5 engineers, driving daily tasks and fostering collaboration.
• Project Management: Steer SCRUM processes to ensure timely, efficient delivery of projects.
• Feature Development: Design, build, and refine both existing and new features for our Browser Extension, APIs, and Web Portal.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers and UX Designers to clarify requirements and craft top-tier customer experiences.
• Mentorship: Coach and guide team members, encouraging their professional and technical growth.
• Strategic Planning: Participate in architectural decisions and brainstorming to enhance frontend and backend systems.

• Leadership Experience: 4 years in engineering leadership roles, managing both teams and projects.
• Technical Expertise:
  • 6 years of hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web APIs, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
  • 6 years of front-end development with JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js, and jQuery), HTML, and CSS. (While jQuery remains part of our stack, we prioritize modern frameworks.)
  • Proficiency with Visual Studio, Git, and automated build/deployment pipelines.
• Cloud Services: Experience with modern platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• API Integration: Familiarity with using Google APIs and building solutions for YouTube or similar social media platforms.
• Browser Extension Development: Experience creating extensions for Chrome, Edge, or Safari.
• Innovative Mindset: Passion for best practices in design and coding, coupled with a drive to implement new ideas.
