We are looking for a motivated person to join our small office staff. The main role would be recruiting new caregivers to our agency. This will be done through our offices, out in the field, and through social media. We wear many hats in our small office and we are a tight team. You would also be involved in HR and scheduling among our regular office duties. Personal skills are the top priority but we also need someone who is computer literate as well. Previous experience in the home care industry is a definite plus.
We provide NON-medical, in home care to children, adults, and seniors.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including booking venues, arranging catering, and managing logistics
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Manage order entry and ensure accurate and timely processing of orders
- Serve as a personal assistant to the team, assisting with various tasks as needed
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in a health care office or staffing agency receptionist role is a plus
- Customer support or clerk experience is beneficial
