Working with all major insurance companies with some of the best equipment around. The shop is outfitted with two Accudraft Spray Booths, three Car-O-Liner frame machines, three Celette frame machines, four Rotary lifts, and multiple welders, rivet guns, and tools from some of the best equipment vendors around. The shop consistently books out up to a month in advanced with a ton of potential for growth within the company.
Job Description
This position incorporates customer service, sales, estimating, insurance relations, and quality control. Customer service duties involve a great deal of contact with the consumer. The Estimator must be friendly, outgoing, organized and proactive.
Duties And Responsibilities
· Educate customers about the claims and repair process
· If applicable, provide customer with an estimate of damages and/or review appraisal provided
· If additional “non-accident-related damages" are identified while filling out the pre-repair inspection form with the customer, provide the customer with repair options and costs (upselling)
· Obtain authorizations from customer and/or third party for repair authorization
· Schedule the repair and providing our customer with a target delivery date
· Prepare DRP repair order or negotiate repair cost with insurance appraiser
· Provide and document communication to the customer, insurance company, rental car company, and repair changes in the vehicle file during process
· Prepare final bill for customer and insurance company including supplement authorization form if not DRP
· Schedule delivery times with customer
· Write estimates according to insurance company guidelines
· Inspect final product for quality prior to delivery
· Keep the customer informed of their vehicle's status

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
