Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified LMHC, LICSW, or a clinician in training for such a degree to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing counseling services to clients and ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental & behavioral health care. Competitive pay & flexible hours. Hybrid model, so some work from home possible, if desired.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and/or group therapy sessions within a CBT or ACT model to kids ages 3-15 with autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, & other behavioral, emotional, and/or developmental challenges OR SPACE trained to work with families of children with anxiety disorders.
- Work with parents & children in a structured CBT or ACT model
- Complete therapy notes & collect data during sessions
- Provide consultation to other providers, as needed.
- Use a strengths-based, neurodiversity affirming approach
Qualifications
- LMHC or LICSW licensure (or license eligible) in MA
- Technical skills of collecting data a plus, but willing to train the right candidate
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $40.00 - $80.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
