Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate psychologist, pre-doctoral intern, &/or post-doctoral fellow to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children & teens ages 3-18 utilizing empirically-based treatment, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Acceptance & Committment Therapy (ACT), Exposure Therapy, Behavioral Activation Therapy (BAT), Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS), &/or other behavioral interventions. Neuropsychological assessment experience preferred, but not required. This position could be 100% therapy, or a combination of testing and/or therapy, depending on preferences.
Duties
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions
- Provide parent training & support
- Develop treatment plans tailored to each client's needs & monitor progress through data collection
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation
- Offer support and guidance to individuals with behavioral health issues, including those with autism, ADHD, anxiety, OCD, &/or depression
- Utilize evidence-based practices in therapy sessions
Skills
- Doctoral-level candidates &/or licensed professionals preferred
- Experience working with children and teens with developmental disabilities
- Ability to provide psychotherapy services effectively, in person &/or Telehealth, depending on the needs of the clients
Pay: $85.00 - $125.00 per hour
