As an entry-level position, we offer comprehensive training in all aspects, including software proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Word. The introductory training will be initiated at our Roseville office, with the option of incorporating a hybrid work arrangement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create, and interview project managers for data, write descriptions, and publish project cut sheets in various formats.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date opportunity, personnel, and project data using correct grammar and industry terms.
- Regularly update and publish resumes, soliciting data from firm staff.
- Assist in the development and production of proposals, eventually coordinating proposals.
- Assist in organizing and participating in marketing events, which may occasionally involve evenings.
- Coordinate mailings, manage business cards, and assist with ordering supplies.
- Generate engaging content for social media platforms and company website, while acquiring proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn and WordPress.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Have reliable transportation for occasional proposal deliveries to public agencies throughout the Sacramento Valley and Bay Area.
