Job Summary
We are seeking a multi-talented service-oriented Sales Associate to join our team! You will assist customers with their construction and agricultural equipment needs from start to finish. Responsibilities may include working the counter, loading and unloading equipment, processing inventory, and maintaining the store’s appearance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in construction or agricultural equipment sales.
Responsibilities
- Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance.
- Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.
- Work at at retail counter to ring up and carry out customer sales.
- Collect payments by cash and credit card
- Issue receipts and refunds to customers
- Take added responsibility for stocking, inventory, and store maintenance.
- Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.
- Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
- Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
- Willingness to work well in a team environment
Salary : $3,000 - $4,000
