What We Offer :

Free Leads : Our agency will supply you with the leads and tools to help you be successful.

Hands-On Mentorship : As a seasoned agent, I will work closely with you to provide ongoing coaching and support to help you excel. Youll learn directly from me, with opportunities for continuous growth and development with other industry leading training both in person and virtually.

Exclusive Training Opportunities : Access both in-person and virtual training sessions, including guest speakers who are top producers within Farmers Insurance and recognized leaders in the broader insurance industry. Youll gain invaluable insights and strategies to grow your business and career in Insurance. Aswell as Industry leading insurance sales training.

Compensation : $1,500 Monthly base ($18,000 annual) plus Commissions and bonuses. Top Performers make from around $55,000-$85,000 where as if you are performing only to the minimum standard you would be looking at around $30,000.

In our first Interview we will cover the full Compensation Plan too)

Responsibilities

Client Consultation & Needs Assessment : Proactively engage with clients to understand their unique insurance needs, providing expert, personalized advice and solutions that align with their goals.

Quick contact of Free Leads : At the Dylan Bennett Agency you will be supplied with various free leads and it's important to have an organized plan to contact prospective clients quickly, to ensure a high closing rate.

Cross-Selling : Identify opportunities to enhance clients' protection by recommending additional or bundled policies, maximizing their coverage and improving customer satisfaction with discounted bundled rates.

Relationship Building & Retention : Develop lasting relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty through exceptional service and proactive follow-up, ensuring long-term satisfaction.

Ongoing Industry Expertise : Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, insurance products, and regulatory changes to provide clients with informed, cutting-edge advice.

Requirement

Licensing : Insurance licensing for Minnesota Property & Casualty and Life & Health is required. Free coursework and licensing support are provided to help you get started.

Experience : While prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is a plus, candidates with no prior industry experience are also encouraged to apply. If you have a strong drive, a passion for learning, and an interest in building a career in insurance, we want to hear from you!

Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex insurance concepts to clients.

Salary : $30,000 - $85,000
