Overview:
The Ace Doran Transportation Sales Associate will be accountable for increasing revenue & margin by making prospecting calls, securing new accounts, and securing loads daily through negotiations with direct & indirect accounts. The Ace Doran Transportation Sales Associate is also responsible for developing a carrier base to support the accounts’ needs, negotiating rates with the carrier’s, ensuring carrier is properly qualified to provide service and handling all the transaction details needed for the carrier to transport the shipment. Cold Calling is a primary purpose to become successful in this position. This is a full-time salary plus commision position. Duties:

Developing and fostering relationships with customers. Asking for referrals and cold calling to help grow overall business(Sales).

Secure carrier base and negotiate with carriers in the spot market to maximize profit.

Utilize our asset drivers before brokering out our freight.

Manage the daily shipping needs of your customers.

Identify areas to grow revenue and increase margins with assigned accounts which will help meet/exceed monthly, quarterly, & annual goals.

Work closely with the manager to find the best solution for accounts.

Maintain lead/prospect sales records in the CRM database.

Support team and keep in alignment with the growth of Ace Doran.

Protect company and customer information in accordance with company policies and procedure
