Responsibilities

• To work with Leadership to ensure operations of the kitchens and front of house and assigned public areas are kept clean, neat and tidy
• To keep a positive, fun staff morale
• To follow and serve to the best of your ability
• To follow all health codes
• To ensure both locations are ready for service as per scheduled times
• To ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment at both locations
• Other responsibilities, as assigned, but not limited to the above

Qualifications (are nice but not a must)

• Proven experience in bartending and serving within a restaurant or fine dining environment
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and satisfy guests
• Proficiency in using POS systems, including Aloha and Micros
• Knowledge of food safety and handling practices
• Excellent time management and sales skills
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
• Experience in banquet and catering services is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
