We are seeking general cleaners. You must have an eye for detail, be dependable and have valid drivers license (not on busline). General cleaner will work evenings 3.0 hours per night, mon-friday. Criminal record review, Drug testing required. Positions will be filled by 01/20/2025. Must have at least 1 year of commercial cleaning or floor stripping experience, have a valid license and live or work in the Durham, chapel hill, hillsborough area. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial areas
- Dusting, clean restrooms, empty trash, sweep vacuum replenishing paper products and soap supplies as needed.
- service delivery.
- Maintain equipment and cleaning supplies in good condition, reporting any issues or needs for replenishment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional cleanliness standards.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Valid Drivers license (please indicate)
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Familiarity with environmental services practices is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
