Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney at Bennett Schechter Arcuri & Will LLP, located in Buffalo, NY. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting legal research, engaging in negotiations, conducting depositions and making court appearances. Day-to-day tasks will include drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and collaborating with other attorneys and staff on various legal cases.

Qualifications

• Expertise in litigation
• Experience in providing Legal Advice and conducting Legal Research
• Strong Negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the New York State Bar at least two years
• Experience in areas of practice of the firm is a plus
