What are the responsibilities and job description for the Installer position at Bennetts Glass of Logan?
Well established Logan area glass shop needs installer/repairman. Will be involved in removal & installation of residential windows, light commercial storefront glazing. Will do fabrication & installation of shower doors, mirrors, etc. Will do various glass repairs and light shop work. Will do light sheet metal work and light carpentry work. Will operate various hand and power tools. Must have mechanical aptitude and be able to work skillfully with hands and tools. Must have customer service skills, public relation skills, and communication skills. Must be able to meet company grooming standards. Must have a valid driver's license to drive company vehicle. Regular hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday. Wage is negotiable, $18-20 per hour starting depending on experience with room to grow. Good working environment.
We are willing to train the right individuals. Heavy lifting will be required of over 100 pounds on occasion.
