Bennington Home Health Care is looking for caring and compassionate in home caregivers to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community. Bennington Home health Care provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.
- External candidates for this role may be eligible for $400 sign-on bonus, $150 paid after 3 months of employment and $250 after 6 months of employment, subject to the terms and conditions of the bonus agreement.
- Please keep in mind the assigned location will be in the Oak Hill area.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Companionship and conversation
- Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Medication and appointment reminders
- Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
- Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
Qualifications:
- Must be over the age of 18
- Must have a reliable transportation method
- Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of our clients is essential. Specific job assignments may require day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours. Occasional overtime may be required.
- Complete a full criminal background check
