Looking for a tough, hard working, organized, fast learner, with extraordinary computer, typing, and communication skills - who is unwilling to settle for anything less than excellence and brings zero drama into the workplace.
This person will be responsible for coordinating all the maintenance related work needed at the 250 Vacation Rentals that we manage, which includes working with our in-house maintenance techs, local contractors, and homeowners to ensure each house is in incredible shape for guests and homeowners.
We are in the hospitality business which is fast paced and a ton of fun. Here a few unique requirements:
- We take vacations during the off season. We work when everyone else is on vacation.
- We work weekends. We work hard to make sure you have a consistent schedule with 2 days off in a row.
- We take on-call. Our guests and homeowners need us 24/7. This role will need to be willing to help cover after hours on-call on a weekly basis.
- We work together in our office.
