Position Information: Guest Relationship Coordinator
Our Guest Relationship team is on the front lines of living out Ho'okipa Hospitality with our Guests. These are our Ho'okipa Super Stars! Day-to-day, our Guest Relationship Coordinators are ensuring our guests have everything they need before, during, and after their stay by communicating with them through phone calls, emails, and text messages.
To be successful in this position, you should have incredible written and verbal communication skills, love working in a fast paced/high stress environments, enjoy working with people of all personality types (including the grumpy ones), be able to handle many things coming at you at once and beable to quickly prioritize where to focus your time and energy. The ideal candidate will also love to grow personally and professionaly and be willing to put in the time and effort to constantly be improving their skill level. If you think you know it all or can do this job in your sleep, you aren't a good fit for us.
