Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the head cook in meal preparation and service
- Follow portioning guidelines and recipe instructions to ensure proper nutritional value
- Proper use of food service equipment and supplies
- Complete required annual training
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively and execute directions from supervisor
