The Instructional Support role is a crucial position within the school setting, providing valuable assistance to teachers and students to ensure a positive and effective learning environment. The primary responsibilities of Instructional Support personnel are to support teaching and learning by providing assistance and support when needed and serving as a substitute teacher when team members are absent from work.
