As a Lead Technician, you'll :
- Provide expert-level diagnostics, major repairs, and complex overhauls on our cutting-edge fleet of tractors, trailers, and diesel engines
- Strategically manage workflow, delegating tasks and ensuring productivity goals are met
- Mentor and develop a skilled team of technicians, fostering their professional growth
