Benore Logistic Systems is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and lead our maintenance operations. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper management and upkeep of company assets, including commercial vehicles, trailers, yard switchers, forklifts, golf carts, GPS devices, handheld scanners, and other essential equipment. You will play a crucial role in supervising maintenance technicians, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with DOT and OSHA regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Maintenance Coordinators and Diesel Technicians, overseeing daily activities, performance, and training.
- Ensure scheduled maintenance and repairs are completed on all company equipment within prescribed timelines.
- Maintain accurate electronic service records for all assets to ensure compliance with internal and external audits.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and tracking maintenance parts and tools.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to DOT and OSHA safety regulations, including electronic DVIRs, repair documentation, and annual inspections.
- Conduct final inspections of repairs and finalize work orders in the TMT software system.
- Collaborate with other departments to investigate accidents and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Determine emergency repair solutions for vehicles in route and coordinate maintenance responses.
- Oversee employee scheduling, time-off requests, payroll submissions, and other administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with EPA, DOT, and other regulatory agencies, staying up to date with changing regulations.
- Promote a safe, engaging, and high-performance work environment, motivating employees and fostering teamwork.
- Maintain adherence to C-TPAT best practices and ISO-9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and OHSAS 45001 quality standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred .
- 5 years of experience in vehicle maintenance and 5 years in a supervisory or maintenance management role .
- Strong knowledge of vehicle computer systems and maintenance coordination .
- Demonstrated ability to manage equipment assignments, service writing, and inventory control .
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives .
- Strong communication and leadership skills with experience in coaching, performance reviews, and employee engagement .
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Experience with TMT maintenance software or similar maintenance management systems preferred.
- Master mechanic experience preferred.
- Class C driver’s license required; Class A preferred .
- Ability to operate a company service vehicle and perform off-site repairs as needed.
- Must meet DOT driver physical requirements and maintain a valid medical certification card .
