Supplier Site Lead - B Shift

• Customer & Supplier Coordination – Act as the primary liaison between customers, suppliers, and transportation teams to execute supply chain solutions.
  
• Transportation Planning & Scheduling – Work with suppliers to schedule pickup windows and transportation routes while maintaining delivery timelines.
  
• Shipment Monitoring & Issue Resolution – Manage communications regarding missed appointments, shipment refusals, and scheduling conflicts with carriers.
  
• Data Management & Reporting – Maintain and update company and client databases, tracking shipment performance and transportation metrics.
  
• Compliance & Process Improvement – Follow ISO-9001 quality standards, ensuring all workplace processes and reporting functions meet compliance requirements.
  
• Weekend Coverage (Rotational Basis) – Provide customer support on a rotating weekend schedule as assigned.

Requirements

• Education & Experience:
  
• • 3-5 years of experience in the supply chain or transportation industry, preferably in dispatch or customer service.
    
  • 1-2 years of experience working on-site at a customer location preferred.
    
• Technical Skills:
  
• • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
    
  • Excellent data entry accuracy and reporting skills.
    
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
  
• • Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with customers, suppliers, and transportation teams.
    
• Multitasking & Problem-Solving:
  
• • Ability to manage multiple tasks, troubleshoot scheduling issues, and adapt to changing priorities.
