- Performance Monitoring : Analyze and track driver performance metrics such as on-time delivery, route adherence, and Hours of Service compliance.
- Technology Utilization : Showcase proficiency in logistics software like TMW, Peoplenet, PCMiler, and reporting tools for informed decision-making.
- Issue Resolution : Tackle customer inquiries, service exceptions, and devise customer-centric solutions.
- Safety Advocacy : Disseminate safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and C-TPAT best practices to ensure a secure work environment.
- Target Achievement : Develop strategies to surpass KPIs related to asset utilization, on-time service, cost control, and operational efficiency.
