- Taking Command : Managing the daily accountability of our logistics workforce, including drivers, clerks, specialists, and support staff.
- Fostering Compliance : Enforcing DOT regulations, OSHA, C-TPAT, company policies, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Developing Talent : Ensuring the proper training and development of team members, maintaining operational proficiency.
- Monitoring Performance : Holding the team accountable for operational requirements, equipment usage, uniform compliance, and productivity targets.
- Optimizing Technology : Driving efficient technology utilization across logistics software, reporting tools, and equipment operation.
- Championing Safety : Overseeing compliance with DOT Hours of Service, Pre / Post-Trip protocols, and coordinating with the Safety department.
