We are hiring a Credit Return Associate to support our RMA team. This role will be responsible for issuing RMAs for defective credit returns, reconciling received discrepancies, initiating disputes, and preparing various reports.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Return for credit RMA management (ERP/Oracle, RMA Systems)
- Stock Rotation RMA management
- Resolving receiving errors reported by service WH via disputes or RMA updating
- Dispute return inaccuracies with all customers, specifically Amazon and Best Buy
- Process credit or debit memos for reconciliation of accounts at the request of Finance
- Prepare a weekly report for RMA returns
- Submit payment request for shipping invoices
- Submit monthly/quarterly reports and payment requests for Canada EHF
Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficient in ERP systems
- Ability to lift 30 lbs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Education:
Bachelors degree required
Compensation:
Based on experience, we offer a very competitive base salary plus bonus

- Office/Warehouse position- must be able to transition between the office (70%) and the warehouse (30%) to complete tasks
