The Senior Marketing Specialist will help build up BenQ's reputation as a leading consumer electronic brand across the country through brand communication, product communication, media relations, and support of various marketing activities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work on annual/quarterly PR plans by referring to the guidance from BenQ HQ
- Lead the PR communication for significant product launch events or other marketing events
- Localize materials from global HQ to fit with local media requirements
- Dig out various PR topics by working together with other teams inside the company
- Build up strong relationships with nationwide/global media, and make sure key media will like BenQ and eventually speak for BenQ
- Build relationships with influencers, develop and execute influencer marketing plans to promote BenQ brand and products
- Handle media inquiries/interviews / local crises when necessary
- Report to the HQ about local PR work
- Plan and execute product go-to-market campaigns, covering each touchpoint from awareness consideration to conversion with consumers
- Collect and analyze data using Google Analytics 4 to identify trends and insights related to digital marketing campaigns on the website, including email marketing, CPC ads, organic search, and social media
Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- At least 3 years of PR experience
- Previous work history with a leading PR agency or international brand is preferred
- Knowledge of the nationwide media landscape is needed
- Good understanding of Google Analytics with an ability to organize, track, and analyze data per campaign
- PR project experience is needed
- Diligent and teamwork spirit
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Public Relation, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
Compensation:
- Based on experience, we offer a competitive base salary plus a bonus
