We are looking for an Inbound Logistics Associate to help support multiple aspects of the Logistics Department. These include coordinating inbound freight arrangements, performing product receipt transactions, customs clearance, and generating purchase orders. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and time management skills to ensure job responsibilities are completed in a timely manner. Additionally, this role will require the ability to work independently but communicate effectively with the team to achieve a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Position Type
We are looking for an Inbound Logistics Associate to help support multiple aspects of the Logistics Department. Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the PM/BLM teams for material planning and release purchase orders to vendors
- Prepare and Upload the MRP report to the BenQ Board daily
- Download, collect, and provide shipping documents to brokers/forwarders for customs clearance
- Process ISF filing for incoming Inbound shipments
- Review, audit, and process freight invoices
- Monitor and coordinate product delivery to 5PL WHs and time of receiving
- Maintain customer relationships by responding to customer inquiries and providing resolution and support
- Minimum of 1 year experience in industry procedures, costs, and terms
- Relationship builder with effective oral and written communication
- Strong team player who collaborated well with others to solve problems, flexible and adaptable
- Proficient business software skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint, ERP systems, preferred experience with Oracle)
