Responsibilities:
- Assigning and monitoring treatment with providers
- Collection, review, and storage of medical records and bills
- Compiling and drafting demand letters and assisting the Attorney with documentation
- Working with insurance companies to negotiate claims
- Respectful communication with clients, providing status updates, and checking on them
- Assisting the firm's legal staff with cases/claims during litigation, when required
- Work independently and with the Case Management Team
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No travel
- Reno, NV 89502: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Work Location: In person
Required Experience and Skills:
- 3-5 years’ experience working with plaintiff personal injury cases
- Working knowledge of insurance companies and dealing with adjusters
- Excellent communication skills: written, digital, and oral
- Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks using applicable tools
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Excellent computer skills
- Microsoft Office tools experience
- Strong organization
