You are passionate, driven, ready to work hard and have fun.   Position Summary: The New Orleans Saints and New Orleans Pelicans Associate Program is a ten-month program that exposes entry-level candidates to the business side of sports. These intern level positions work across both the NFL and NBA seasons, and work full-time hours in various departments within our organization.   This temporary position is based in the New Orleans, LA area, and will run from June 9, 2025 – April 17, 2026.   What you will be doing: Daily management of a small book of Corporate Partner relationships Coordinate with other members of the Corporate Partnership Department to assist with daily responsibilities Ability to coordinate and facilitate professional client-facing conversations and interactions Assist with Corporate Partner event logistics and execution Assist with Corporate Partner media strategy, sales, and reconciliation Assist with graphic design and brand management needs for partner signage, events, sales, and strategy Actively interact and work collaboratively with all internal departments on partner projects Gain experience and understanding of Partnership Sales (new business) and provide support as needed Various administrative duties as assigned   What you’ll bring:  Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college is preferred Possess an exceptional work ethic, a strong desire to succeed, and a professional demeanor Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; proficient in Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) Must be able to operate in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment and maintain confidentiality Must possess excellent organizational, written, verbal and listening skills Must have solid knowledge of the NBA, statistics and basketball terminology in order to effectively perform duties Must be able to react to change productively and handle other tasks as assigned Must live in or be willing to relocate to New Orleans for 10 months Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as dictated by games and the NBA and NFL schedules What we offer: Medical Insurance Options 401K Program with Company Contribution Paid Holidays Wellness Program and Gym Membership
