What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Site Manager position at Benson Executive Search?
Our client is seeking a Senior leadership - HR Business Partner, to provide leadership and HR support on all human capital matters for their Alabama manufacturing facility. Specifically, this Senior Manager will work closely with the leadership team and the 650 employees of this 24/7 operation, to drive the our client's culture at the site and enhance employee engagement. As an integral member of the team, this Sr. Manager HRBP is expected to play a significant role in driving talent development, retention, performance management, site communications and consistency in processes. In concert with the site and other leadership, this role is expected to help architect the culture, provide guidance and coaching to managers and leaders to set the direction and create solutions for better employee experience and engagement. This person will coach and advise managers so they own the solutions.
Reporting to the Senior Director, HRBP, Operations this role will work closely with the leadership team and employees in driving strategic HR ideas and designing programs across the manufacturing site. Partnering closely with the HR COEs, this Senior Manager will bring a strong voice to the site leadership team on all HR matters including coaching and advising each of them on internal communications, their people and organization strategies in support of the growth the site will be experiencing.
