Benson House Inc. is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals. 6 months prior experience providing direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities, with a focus on behavioral services or have other qualified certificates or professional licenses.
Willing to undergo background
High School Diploma/ GED
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have a valid CA DL
AVALIABLE SHIFT
- AM SHIFT (6AM-2PM)
- PM SHIFT (2PM-10PM)
- NOC SHIFT (10PM-6AM)

At this time any of the following are desired certificates however we offer on the job training for:
DSP 1
DSP 2
CPI
CPR/First Aid
Med 1 & Med 2
This position will include but is not limited to the following:
Constant Supervision of Consumers Needs
Assisting with Meal Preparation
Attending Medical Appointments with Consumers
Conducting Medication Passing
Providing Support and Response to Behavioral Changes
Laundry Services
Cleaning and Maintaining the Homes as Assigned by the House Manager
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
