Benson house Inc. is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) / Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) for our Enhanced Behavioral Support Home (EBSH) in the Hemet area.
AVALIABLE SHIFT
- PM SHIFT (2PM-10PM)
- NOC SHIFT (10PM-6AM)
Requirements for Benson House Inc.
- WEEKENDS REQUIRED
- HOLIDAYS REQUIRED
Required Qualifications:
Two years prior experience providing direct care to the individuals with development disabilities, with a focus on behavioral services or have other qualified certificates or professional licenses
Willing to undergo background
High School diploma / GED
Must be at least 18 years old
Must become a DSP1, DSP2 and Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) within twelve months of initial employment.
At this time any of the following are desired certificates however we offer on the job training for:
DSP1 & DSP2
CPI
CPR/ First Aid
Med1 & Med 2
RBT (Registered Behavioral Technician)
Pay rate is based on valid certifications at time of hire
This Position will include but is not limited to the following:
Constant Supervision of consumers needs
Assisting with meal preparation
Attending medical appointments with consumers
Conducting medication passing
Providing support and response to behavioral changes
Laundry services
Cleaning and maintaining the home as assigned by the house manager
