POSITION SUMMARY:
The Product Line Manager for Benson Promotional Products helps shape and execute the product line strategy to stay ahead of the competition. They lead a team to support clients and manage daily tasks, assist in launching new products, and improve existing ones.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales and Revenue Management
- Maintain product line, including pricing and product selection.
- Manage large projects, rebrands, and high-profile requests.
- Help develop new products, expand production, and manage budget goals.
Customer Focus and Growth
- Drive client growth with strategic vendor partnerships.
- Attend key client meetings to ensure satisfaction.
- Focus on quality, timely delivery, and revenue goals.
- Take initiative in identifying and performing additional tasks that support team and organizational goals.
Industry and Market Knowledge
- Handle client demands and internal challenges.
- Attend industry events to understand market trends.
- Use data analytics to find revenue opportunities and educate teams on new trends.
Culture and Collaboration
- Manage and develop a team through HR processes and training.
- Promote a supportive culture with effective communication and teamwork.
- Uphold the company vision, values, and culture by fostering integrity, empathy, commitment, and a customer focused approach.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Required, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Product Development, Merchandising, or Marketing – equivalent experience considered.
Experience:
- Required, 5 year’s experience with client services, business development, and/or relationship management.
- Required, 2 years’ experience with people management, development, and growth.
